We are located in our lovely home town of Idaho Falls, ID. We serve Idaho Falls, Rexburg, Pocatello and the surrounding Southeast Idaho area. Our management team is excellent and includes one of the best business women in Idaho, a local veteran with years of experience, and a local teacher whose passion for this business is unmatched. Meet the Team
Curtis Williams, Property Manager
I am from Idaho Falls and I have a close relationship with my hometown community. I understand the needs of local tenants and property owners. My credentials include service onboard the USS Abraham Lincoln as an Engineer in the Navy. After the Navy, I was a Maintenance Technician in Seattle and eventually a Building Engineer. After coming back home to Idaho I worked as an Electrician on steel building construction. After a long career in the skilled trades I decided to enter Sales and Finance. Amy Stewart
I am passionate about seeing people and families thrive. Beginning in the entrepreneur game early in life, customer service comes second nature to me and I treat people in the way that I would like my family, myself, and my loved ones to be treated. I use my own experiences and success to help others reach their potential. I have a big heart to go with my big life, and I use it as a guide in everything I do. I love to organize, network, and connect people; this has served me well for this industry. Morgan Stewart
I am always excited to meet new people and love serving my community. I put my whole heart into everything I do. When I am not on management duty, I enjoy coaching sports, working with Boy Scouts, teaching, and learning from young minds. I also love working on projects, being with my wife, children, dogs, and being out in nature. Our geographical location holds some of the most incredible landscapes in the world and enjoying the beauty around us brings peace and balance to me in this busy life we live.
