Some of the properties we manage are older folks who used to manage their own properties and now want to travel and not be as hands on, others are young couples who have chose to rent their first home rather than sell. In our first couple of years owning our first investment properties, we realized that being present and attentive to our properties not only helped maintain the properties themselves, but it also helped develop a sense of community. This helped motivate the tenants and surrounding neighbors watch out for each other. A lot can grow from strong relationships. A sense of community is truly priceless. Many of our former tenants still come by and visit, they are friendly and they care. Our strong emphasis on customer service builds this community and will leave you at ease, knowing that everyone is in good hands and the residents of your properties feel at home.
MAE is owned and operated by a few good friends who have worked in customer service and owned/operated properties and local businesses in Utah, Montana, Washington, and Idaho for over 2 decades. After purchasing our first investment property in Idaho in 2012, real estate investing became something that we did alongside all of our day jobs. Following the Pandemic crisis, the property management company that we used dramatically downsized and asked many of their property owners to take on their own management. In our final meeting with their prior property management company, it was suggested that we use our experience and professionalism to help manage others’ properties. Almost immediately, they had requests for property management services, and MAE Management was born.
We want to come alongside the growth here in Southeast Idaho and help others grow. We are here to work with those in every angle of real estate, from agents, to investors, individuals just beginning, and those who have owned properties around here before our time. We are here to help everyone win. While Southeast Idaho is experiencing rapid growth, we also believe that growing wisely is important. We support sustainable growth, and we make supporting sustainable growth a priority by supporting organizations that are healthy for our area. Education and humanitarian efforts on many levels, artists and performing arts, the preservation of the national forests, natural resources, water conservation, recycling, and healthy agriculture.
Our company is here to stay for many years to come. We are all passionate about property management and we love the area. We are raising families and deeply involved in the community. As we grow, we plan to be more generous with our time, money and resources to give back to the communities that we belong to.
